supplied us with samples and dimensions. We developed complete o-ring
kits. This enabled the company to replace parts rather than entire cylinders.
Rebuilding is less expensive than replacing equipment. As a result of

their customers.
PROBLEM
A supplier of antique
car parts asked us to locate a manufacturer to produce outdated components.
SOLUTION
Using the old parts
as samples, we found manufacturers who reproduced the required tooling
to make the parts. The result: many happy automobile restorers.
PROBLEM
The PSI (pounds
per inch) of pressure fluctuated between 0 and 5000 PSI during a natural
gas decompression/compression process. The Viton square ring behind
a piston seal was ineffective.

by recommending a FEP teflon encapsulatd Viton o-ring.
